The reasons for developing MyEventApp is to connect all event planners to the word, and to keep record in order to fast tack the planning of their events, and also to help non event planner/individual to find suitable event planner for their event.MyEventApp has two main part which are event planner part and non event planner part.For the event planner part, all event planner need to signup with a valid email address, because a verification link will be sent to the email address provided, and it is expected of the planner to verify the email before he/she can login into the app.FUNCTIONALITY OF THE APP FOR EVENT PLANNERS* Event planners can register their event, edit or delete any event registered. In the process of registering an event, a unique code will be generated for each event registered.* Planner can send invitation to guest via email to notify them of an event, in the process of sending the invitation a event pass code number will be generated for each quest for the event, which can be used as means of identification for the guest.* Planner can register guest, edit, delete and also view the guest list.* Planner can also send invoice/receipt to their client via email, can also generate pdf invoice/receipt as hardcopy which can be attached as a file.* Note pad is used to save event details/information in the app.* Photo gallery was also created for planner to enable them to add photos of any event they previously handled.* Event planner can also search for other registered event planners within the app.* Event planner can update their profile anytime.* Ticketing - event planners can sell their event ticket from the app.* Online payment- event planner can register their bank details direct from the app to receive payment or use the app wallet to receive payment from their client, each settlement takes less than 24 hours of payment.FUNCTIONALITY OF THE APP FOR NON EVENT PLANNER / INDIVIDUALNon event planner/individual do not need to signup into the app before using the app they can only click on find planner which will direct them to all registered event planners list. By clicking on any event planner on the list it will direct them to the dashboard of the event planner clicked on. The dashboard will show the information of the event planner.The dashboard enable individual to chat with event planner, view event planner gallery, buy event ticket and use online payment platform to pay your event planner.
